We invite you to have the courage to trust in yourself, others and nature’s wisdom. In these musings around trust we share about the profound, personal nature of trust—how it nurtures our hopes for healing, for flourishing our innate creative life force and connections, yet also carries the pain of being broken.
Drawing on poetry and traditions, such as Polterabend and Kintsugi, we reflect on the transformative power of trust: how it can fracture, yet still be mended into something more beautiful. Trust, whether with ourselves, others, or life itself, when nurtured, can expand and shape the paths to new, radiant and authentic realities of tenderness and community, which we invite in hope of growing softer lives.
